HOW TO PREPARE OWUO. NIGERIAN FOOD

Owuo is a special delicacy, it is soup like, and yellowish in colour. It has it's own nutritious values and with a very great taste too.
    RECIEPIES <-
1)  TOMATOES
2)  CRAYFISH
3)  PEEPER
4)  ONIONS
5)  POTASH
6)  SALT
7)  NATIVE SPICE (evbarie)
8)  OIL
9)  DRIED FISH(any type)
10) KPOMOR OR MEAT  (orptionner)
                                
                                                            HOW TO PREPARE OWUO
            First, blend your tomatoes, onions, peeper and crayfish smooth,and turn into half  littre of boilling water, add a leveld table spoon salt. Allow to boil for about ten minutes, then add your washed  fish. If you are going to use any meat, then you are going boil with some sliced onions, small pepper, small salt and allow to boil dry. Then remove the meat and keep aside. You are going to add the meat along with the fish and your native spice(evbarie)  then allow to boil untill it become tick. You are going to bring it down and allow to cool down completly. Get your potash soacked in a little quatity of water and then desolve or break with something hard, and then feltter gently into into the pot of soup, add quatter littre of palm oil. You will see it turn yellow or deep orange colour..
