VEGETABLE SOURCE RECIPES.
1) Carrot
2) Cabbage
3) Green beans
4) Green pepper and fresh pepper
5) Onions
6) Tomatoes (4 or 5 balls)
7) Chicken or fish
8) lettus
9) vegetable oil
10) salt
11) seasonings
METHOD OF COOKING
Slice all the fresh vegetable and keep aside.
Source your chicken or fish with seasoning and steam for about five minutes . When cold, remove every available bone present. then put your dry pot on the fire, pour a desirable quantity amount of vegetable oil into the pot and allow to heat up. Fry your chicken or fish till it become brownish and remove. First of all put in your sliced onions with a cube of seasoning and allow to fry with a very low temperature and stair continuously till it becomes brownish and then remove to give the oil flavor and sweet taste.
Then turn the tomatoes and fresh pepper into the hot oil and allow to fry for some minutes, then put every other vegetable except the cabbage, add the seasoning cube and salt. Then you are going to put in the fried chicken or fish and stair together and cover to steam for about three minutes, open and put in the cabbage stair and wait for about ten seconds, then drop and ready to serve.
