In a mortar, pound together the oil, guinness and Maggi cubes until you
have a smooth paste. Brush this over the meats and set aside to
marinate.
Heat your barbecue, add the meats and grill for about 20 minutes per
side, or until cooked through. Brush every now and again with the
left-over marinade.
Pile onto a plate, arrange in the centre of the table and allow everyone
to choose what they want.
Traditionally it's served with a drink made from a blend of palm wine
and guinness.
