MAKING A FRESH FISH PEPPER SOUP............

         Catfish farming is fast growing and the fish very delicious nutritious for consumption, just follow me and learn a very special way to prepare a special soup out of it.
                              RECIPES
1) Catfish or other fresh fish,
2) Pepper (dried)
3) Cray fish (optional)
4) Pepper soup spice,
5) Tea leaf,(fresh tips, 2 or 3)
6) lemon or lime leaf, (fresh tips, 1 or 2)
7) cent-leaf, (fresh tips)
8) tomatoes (optional),
9)seasoning cube,
10) salt.


                                                       PREPARATION METHOD.
                Slice your fish to a preferable size and wash properly. Put into a bow, pour on the fish a worm water, for about two to three minutes and remove, in other for it to be hard and, prevent it from scattering. Then you put your pot on the fire with a desired quantity of water. Put your grounded pepper, crayfish, pepper soup spice, tomatoes (optional) and allow to boil without the fish for about five to fifteen minutes. After that, put your fish, seasoning cube, salt and wash your tea leaf  and tie together, your cent-leaf and lemon leaf sliced together and put into the pot. Drop the tied tea-leaf into the pot, the way it is tied too. Then cover and allow to boil for about five to fifteen minutes, it is ready to be served.
    Most time it is eaten without any combination. Enjoy yourself....................
