EDO MAJOR FOOD SPICE (evbarie)

               This (evbarie) is been used to spice up food in Edo land since ages. Simple  to prepare but add a very special taste to your cooking. Mainly recommended for soups.
           Melon seeds already broken to separate from the shaft, is missed with ashes from fire.Preciseley from a bornt wood. it is been raped with wide leafs to avoid penetration of any form of air or oxygen, kept in a safe place for about a week to kind of dissolve. It brought out, turn into a bow and gently marched together. It is later raped into smaller bits for sale and consumption .
     Try it, if you have a good result, teach some other persons.

Thanks very informative. What quantity of wood ash and melon should be used please
