BUSH MEAT
 This is a special delicacy in africa. It is also consumed like any other meat. But it has a special taste because of it's natural source. And in most cases they are stored dried which makes it more better than a fresh meat or raw meat. It can go with any meal. It is commonly found in nigeria
Nigerian Bushmeat Barbecue Preparation: Method: In a mortar, pound together the oil, guinness and Maggi cubes until you have a smooth paste. Brush this over the meats and set aside to marinate. Heat your barbecue, add the meats and grill for about 20 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Brush every now and again with the left-over marinade. Pile onto a plate, arrange in the centre of the table and allow everyone to choose what they want. Traditionally it's served with a drink made from a blend of palm wine and guinness.
